No more Mr D for me please. Worst company every

Mr D is by far the worst company in South Africa. About 2 weeks back we ordered foor on their app. The app said our food would be ready at 18:15. Our food was only picked up just over an hour after the time it was suppose to be picked up. When the food arrived, it was cold and dry. I ask to cancel the order. Even log a complaint at the call centre. They told me as soon as the delivery was unsuccessful, the money will be back in my credit wallet. A few days later I saw the money is still not in my credit wallet. I reply on the mail they send me to ask about this. Up untill today I have not heard anything about them and also no refund. Just to find out today that they closed this matter. Well let me tell you something, just by looking to all this reviews on here and Mr D has not respond to one of the tells you a lot about the sort of company they are. Dont care about their customer and give a **** about any customer service. In my life I will never do anything through them again.
