NO FOOD, YET NO REFUND, ****!!!

As usual another ****pie delivery application

My food was not delivered, and according to this Joseph that rep****, from their 'investigation', they say the driver was at my place, and I was not there?!

I mean if you want to **** people, fine, but don't LIE, I RECEIVED NO CALL, AND I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE FROM 19:15, NOONE CAME!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND HOW DO I REMOVE MY PROFILE FOR THIS THING YOU CALL A SERVICE?
