No Food received

Very disappointed in Mr. Ds service, Ordered food on the App from Chicken Licken Bayers Naude, got a notification the order was cancelled as the driver could not get hold of me, however I received no contact from the driver or anyone, money was take but no food delivered, agent I spoke to stated that they can only refund 50% this is how they ******* their clients, promised a call back in 15 mins from a manager and still no response.

when calling the call center, agents have zero customer service skills and refused to help or provide their names.
