NO FOOD NO REFUND

I did a Order for My Kids as I was on my way home from Mp to JHB, I sent my daughter the screen grab showing that I did order and when they should wait for the order My unit in the Complex faces the Main gate so they would be able to see if the Guy comes, they went to the gate as soon as they saw Mr D thinking it was our Order but it wasn't, the Guy called but missed the call as there was no Network coverage after about min I get coverage call the guy back he tells me I must call head office with a laugh as he left, I called I was told I wouldn't get a Refund I sent emails enquring what happend to my order why can't they go back and deliver it no reply, I ****ed off and will never use MR D off they RIPPING US OFF
