No food coming

Over an hour battling with their app and then their on line service centre i was advised that my order could be processed and delivery arranged.Then i asked for an update another hour later and was told my order did not go through to the restuarant and i must replace the order....this by telephone. They should train their call centre staff properly.Cooking at home seems the easier option. Dont recommend the experience so dont go hungry.
