No Feedback on complaints and queries regarding Incorrect orders.

Placed an Order at Burger King Hatfield last night. None of the items that I requested to be removed was removed resulting in my kids not being able to eat their dinner due to allergies. I logged a complaint regarding this on the Mr D app when prompted for a rating of the food as well as separately by generating a ticket and still No response has been received.
