No feedback

To date o have not received any feedback from the agents dealing with my complaint. I ORDERED FOOD from KFC which included the chilli salt & tomato sauce. I didn't receive the chilli salt & tomato sauce. I'm still waiting on the store to provide feedback, which to date, I haven't received. Mr Delivery agents makes empty promises that they'll get back to me, which to date I'm still waiting for. I've placed my orders now with a different store.
