Terrible experience with Mr Delivery

I ordered food TheIzzyBurger for my Team work in Claremont, as part of a work celebration. The order was accepted by the Kenilworth / Wynberg branch. The Mr Delivery driver calls me as he cannot deliver the food as apparently the order went through to a driver in the Constantia area and they are not willing to send their their driver to Claremont. So they offer me a refund instead. But at this point we nearly done with work and we planned to be free for lunch expecting a delivery. What a serious damper on a work celebration trusting that we can rely actually rely on Mr Delivery to live up to their name and Deliver. Not willing to drive out from Constantia to Claremont. for inconveniencing me they are not willing to inconvenience the driver for a few extra kilometres and no additional compensation was offered, nothing whatsoever. You didn't just lose one customer you lost a whole team and we order food through Mr Delivery everyday, I will surely share my bad experience around the office to ensure that my colleagues will not have the same experience.
