No delivery, rude agent!

I placed an order for delivery , and the order was accepted by the store at 11:38. it was scheduled for delivery at 12:18. I phoned the call centre at 12:19 to follow up on the order and the agent was rude and unhelpful. Raised his voice at me for nothing. It is now 12:33 and I still havent recieved the promised feedback! God knows when someone is going to pitch here with cold food! - This is after I have paid online, and also paid the driver a tip!
