No delivery or even Service from Edenvale Branch.

I put an order through on the online website at 18:17 on Sunday 13 December 2015. While tracking our order online it was mentioned that we should expect our order at 19:55 latest. There was no communication until I called the Edenvale branch. My call went through to the national call centre at approximately 20:05 and was told that my order was at the branch and will be on its way shortly. I continued to track my order online and noticed that nothing was happening. I call the branch again at 20:30 and the call once again was diverted to the national call centre. I was again told that the order was at the branch but they were going to check with the branch and come back to me which they did. I was told that our order had been passed onto the Bedfordview branch which had closed at 20:00. I was also told that we should have put the order through Bedfordview. The order was place online and the website determined the branch based on our address which is Dowerglen Ext 2. Consequently we cancelled the order and went out to get some food. Surely that is the point of Mr Delivery, to bring us out food. I will never be using them again and will be telling my friends and family the same.
