No delivery of FNB card.

Had a missed call from Mr D Courier followed by an sms to phone them back to arrange for my FNB card to be delivered. The sms stated a phone number to call for arrange this. It must be a phone without an operator... just hold and hold and hold. It is bad customer service to send an sms and then make it virtually impossible to make an appointment.
