No Delivery No Refund

Placed and Order DFD***4 but an item on the order was never delivered. Upon enquiry, I was told my wallet will be credited but this was never done. I called for a follow up only to be told at their end the wallet was credited. Three order after the said order were all debited from my account with any deduction. My latest order was again cancelled and not delivered when the store (ocean basket) clearly indicated available of the item ordered. I believe this sales tactics to take customers money.
