No delivery no refund

<p>Well I was in Cape Town for business therefore not from the area. Downloaded the app to order supper. Placed my location in as per B&B staying at and placed order and paid via credit card. First time user of app. Well at the end no food and no refund as the area was not correct. They say the suburb that the road is in was not correct as there is more than one road with that name. How was I suppose to know that as on the location does not give you suburb to enter just said the road and city. </p>
