No Delivery - Mr D never call you back.

On more than one occasion the order is not delivered after the driver goes in circles. I then get notified my order was "Delivered" when it never was. This is basically theft as I have paid for something I have never received. After this experience, Mr D makes it practically impossible to actually speak to them. You have to log a ticket for which you are never called back. Thus one has to feel Mr D is enabling what is basically theft. Very disappointing.
