My 1 star is too much I'm so disappointed I'm actually in tears my 7 years old won't understand she decided she will sleep in an empty tummy

I order Mc Donald Benoni KitKat order collected and delivered to who u have no idea my fault wasto pay using a card I guess no food no money Tried calling call center guy called Tebogo said he will call me back in 15 minutes it's hours now no response wen I call back phone rings once and hangs up automatically
