No Delivery for my 2 pizzas and cold drink,money debited no refund!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received via Mr D. On 27 January I ordered Roman's Pizza via the Mr D app. To my disappointment they said the order was delivered and has arrived however there was no show. According to the app I received my order, money was debited from my account. I have tried calling and reporting via WhatsApp however I have not received assistance. It is utterly disappointing for such a big brand to have such poor service. DFD***-Order number!!!
