No delivery

Worst service event I order a meal from them today and paid via card the cash went off my account and I even left a note for the stupid delivery guy saying CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE AND I WILL COME FETCH THE FOOD BUT RECIEVED NO CALL OR NOTIFICATION but I didn’t receive my food I had to go through so may channels just to get a refund and still waiting for the money to reflect into my account and was told to wait 15 minutes after waiting an hour after the set delivery time. Definitely won’t be using them again they should get delivery guys who are well educated can understand the process of delivering food
