No Delivery Done

On Sunday 10 December 2023 I’ve placed an order at 19:16 for food the expected delivery time was 20:05.

At 19:51 I’ve checked the app to see whether the food has been collected as yet. But still it wasn’t collected. I gave it time until 20:15 when I’ve decided I have been waiting too long and still the order isn’t collected.

I decided to phone the restaurant and see if a driver is on his way or what the problem might be. The lady from the restaurant responded “Ma’am unfortunately no driver has been assigned to pick up your order, and we close at 21:30” I’ve told the lady i’ll pick up the order myself.

At 20:43 I collect my own order from the store. I am fuming because how can Mr D take orders but know they do not have enough drivers to complete all the orders…. When I went in the store there was about another 4 orders that hasn’t been assigned to drivers…
