No delivery and no refund

On the first occasion I ordered food while I was in a different City I don’t know my way around, the driver got lost and I said I can’t direct him and he must follow the GPS, my food was never delivered and I had to sleep hungry. The second incident involved an order at McDonald’s where the order was incorrect but this was intentional as the packing was correct but the food was not what the package suggested

All I got was an automated response with a R36 coupon which doesn’t even account for 1 third of the order price. I need my money to be refunded as neither of these orders were delivered to me
