No delivery, after Appointment

<p>Mr Delivery made an apointment today with me to deliver my FNB card. I waited the whole day at home and they never came. I phoned them and they said they will come back to me which did not happen. I'm not off again until next week, so in the mean time im without a bank card. Why make an appointment if you cant deliver. </p>
