No customer service from Mr Delivery

<p>I ordered food from Nandos online,on Mr Delivery. Placed my location in as per my address im staying at and placed order and paid via credit card. Well at the end no food and no refund as the area was not correct. They say the suburb that the road is in was not correct as there is more than one road with that name. How was I suppose to know that as on the location does not give you suburb to enter just said the road and city.I spoke to Xola on the customer care line and he advised that im not going to get a refund and he does not know what is going to happen to the food i had ordered,which does not make any sense at all!!</p>
