No customer service exists!

I placed an order via Mr D Food on Friday, 2-Oct-20, and did not receive all the items I ordered. I submitted a number of queries on the Mr D Food app and received confirmation that tickets were logged and to date have had no feedback!

I also sent a complaint to Mr D Food on their website and have had no response. I won't be using the service in future.
