No Customer service

On 2 October we ordered food from Spur thebfood was delivered and we only received the meat no sides. Immediately I called the Mr Delivery number and reported the shortages on our order. No chips no onion rings no avo with the Natchos. The operator asked me to hold and dropped the call. Did not even tried to call me back even though she had all my details. I reported it on the app and received an automated email response and then email from Chad the next day. I responded and then Anastasia responded asking the exact same question again I responded. Another mail from Nfondu then Aneequa. Not one of them even bothered by the fact that they were at fault just as much as Spur. Making it clear that you are just a number to them and after they receive your money the do not care about you and if you are satisfied. What makes it worst it is not the 1st complaint where they just gets your order wrong. They are clearly jist interested in how fast they can make money and do not care about their clients. It is clearly time for a change as Mr D sees you as a number and bruch you off and treat you as if you have ****** feom them. If you spen R663 on food you expect yoyr moneys worth.
