No Customer Service, Clients mean nothing to MrD

Hi, I am totally disgusted at the service I have received from MrD, I ordered a Lasagne from Lupa last night , on arrival at home the item looked like there wasn't anything in the container, on further inspection it seemed there was literally only one strip of Lasagne in the entire meal, so basically I paid R120 for mince and cheese..I laid a complaint with MrD about this and this was their response. Thank you for contacting Mr D Food. Kindly note that lasagne doesn't come with pasta it comes with lasagne sheets. The order you received was correct and those are lasagne sheets.

Thank you for your response, I really do not like being spoken to like I'm stupid.

There was 1 layer of Lasagne sheet as u put it, that was it, do u think it's ok paying R120 for a meal that looks like its leftovers?? U can even see the bottom of the tray??

Over and above that on the app I am specifically asked for a PASTA choice. So if it doesn't come with it why is the option listed as required?? See attached screen shot.

You should really look into complaints before you reply without thinking, I would like your manager to contact me.
