NO customer service

I decided to spoil myself and my husband after more than a month with no takeaways, to a nice McDonalds meal. Oh was I wrong....the delivery was great, but when we started eating, my husband took his a bite out of his burger, just to realize the meat is either OFF or OLD. I contact Mr Delivery immediately and was that a mission. There is NO way of contacting them immediately, I had to submit a "review". How is this even right?? I spent R172.00 for NOTHING. NO response, NO phone call....NOTHING. I will NEVER use them again. I even tried calling the McDonalds with no luck. This morning I receive a email from Mr Delivery for a coupon...I mean really, not even worth a call??
