No control

Mr Delivery seems to have no control to uphold the standard of the restaurants that form part of the service chain. I have repeatedly lodged complaints about orders being wrong, and still my orders are being delivered short or with wrong items. While I have always gotten credit to use on my next order, this doesn't remedy the problem that the food I ordered for my family was incorrect or missing. This poor level of service is shocking. Once or twice once in a while is acceptable, but the magnitude of incorrect orders is staggering. There needs to be accountability to uphold the standard of the service. You can't just keep shrugging your shoulders and blame the restaurants. I place my orders through your service, and of you can't uphold an acceptable standard on the service I receive then I'm better off using another service provider.
