No consequences

You place a order for your family it comes once again with items missing a full meal for my 8 year old daughter now I have to place another order with my card and be charged again for delivery as well as another meal for her supper I posted my feedback and then spoke to a lady who said she can't get the food back all she can do is give me a credit copon still nothing was given. This company takes the money on the behalf of the restaurant but has no accountability for its gave lack of customer service and support. Ironically the same driver returned with new order and he actually is very helpful and has returned to KFC to tell them
