No Complaints Process and App if Dead faulty

This is the worst service ever received, there is no service standards that exist in that company, they don't have a complaints system that works, there is nothing of theirs that works, the App is as faulty as u can imagine.

Kindly assist me with a platform that u can use to report companies that rob people by offering services that don't exist, rather they be closed than to be dealing with this nonsense.

*I placed an order on the app App and i paid using the Ozow option, but never received any order number, no acknowledgement of the order and no food received but my account was debited OK and no errors on my side.

I laid a complaint with their so called complaints process but i only received the automated response and nothing ever since, when i try to make a follow up same automated response.
