No Compassion

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and lack of compassion from your team. I received an order from McDonalds- which was missing items. A chicken foldover with no tomato and so dry, and a Quarter Pounder with CHEESE with NO cheese in it. After complaining, and your team getting back to me with a resolution of a R15 coupon. Are you kidding me? R15? Please tell me what I can order on your app for R15. As a frequent user of your service- if you track my complaints your service is bottom tier of late.
