No communication

Ordered some groceries and stuff. Bananas were near rotten. Reported it to them to give them a chance to make it up on 31st August. Received a response asking for photos. I sent a photo via email. Then got no response, so sent a second photo. Still no response, so on sept 4 I sent an email to follow up. Still no response. Just terrible.
