No collection of returning goods and no delivery

After my report this morning about [URL Removed] I was told via voice mail and got a call from Mrdelivery that the expired kitten food would be collected before 5... Hence me writing another report because I'm still waiting and it's now 18:14! On tip of that iv places an order for other kitten food and received confirmation that it would be delivered before 17:30.. IM STILL WAITING ON ****ING FEEDBACK AND WHAT YOU PLANNING ON DOING ABOUT THIS!!
