no answer at call centre

I have been waiting since friday - constantly phoning mr d courier for the delivery of my card but I can't get hold of them. this is ridiculous and so bad. is there really no one working at the call centre to anser the phone???? why do the clients have to call them back after my phone not even ringing for them to arrange delivery???? such bad service!!!!!
