No accountability No urgency or whatsoever

I ordered food using Mr D at KFC Broadacres at 15:30 at 15:50 the driver indicate that he arrived but I didn’t receive my food or a call from the estate gate to say that Mr D was here I logged a query on their app and still didn’t get any help or email it my refund.
