Never using Mr D services again

1st, how do you deem it fit that people that can't communicate in basic English or any South African language can service your clinets? 2nd, he was late with delivering my food and when I ask the receptionist she says he just got there and he tries to blame me for being late cause I didnt pick up my phone when in actual fact he only called me a min before i went down to get my food. He had the audacity to lie so he can get away with being late. I have never dealt with such level of professionalism or rather lack thereof. I am never using Mr D services again
