Never use Mr D!

My driver went to the wrong address and then told me he couldn’t find my location. My location is on the receipt so I don’t know how and why he went to a different location. I then proceeded to call the help centre where the man was rude and and I couldn’t hear a thing he was saying as he was mumbling as he clearly did not want to help me and then told me he’ll call me back. It’s been 25 min and I’m still waiting. I called again and they told me they cannot help until the driver cancels the order but I can’t contact the driver as my messages say “pending”. I’ve always used Mr D and it is now truly awful to say that I will NEVER use this useless app again. Downloading Uber eats right this minute!
