never received my food on MrD STUPID FOOLS

I placed an order for food this morning and driver said his downstairs at reception and i texted and told him im coming, when i was on my way there the order status was delivered. i got there and no food, logged a complaint and one of their stupid agent said i have had a similar incident before which i did not understand why they raising that because it is not my issue or problem that they hire stupid incompetant drivers who dont know their way around or reading maps to deliver. I now got an email saying they will not refund my money when i speant about R300 on food that i never got, this company is a ***** and needs to be reported and shut down
