Never got ordered food.

We ordered food through MrD food Secunda with this order number DFD*** but never got our food and they sent an email saying our delivery was unsuccessful. We phoned MrD customer service but they couldn't help with anything saying they can't trace the driver. We offered to go and collect the food if they can take it back to the restaurant instead they said they can't do that and the only thing they can do is to refund us 50% knowing that they have nothing to loose because they have already charged us almost double the price of the food. We even asked to meet the driver wherever he was but they said their policy doesn't allow that.

Basically we ordered food for them. Their customer service is useless and the last thing they said is they will investigate. We will never use their service anymore and wouldn't encourage anyone to use their service.
