Never deals with important complaints

I had an aggressive and confrontational driver drop off my food. I felt scared and uncomfortable. I complained to MR D and received no response. Which usually is the case but this was an extremely horrible situation and demanded immediate attention. Upon following up with MR D, they asked me to remind them what happened! I was so upset at this point because all the had to do was scroll up and reread my first email. They then just gave me a free delivery voucher. Absolutely disappointed. As a woman living in South Africa where GBV is so prominent, a large company such as this should not be handling situations like this. Will never use this delivery service again.
