Never answering their telephone

I've been contacted by Mr D Courier to arrange to have a replacement card delivered. When making contact - from their side - the phone rings once or twice and then goes into message mode, asking me to return the call. I've attempted on 5 separate occasions to call back - unsuccessfully! They NEVER answer, and I'm left to listen endlessly to the worst music imaginable. Who are these people?
