Negligence towards customers' allergies

I wasted my money twice ordering food via Mr Delivery because Allergies / Exclusion notes in their app work inconsistently!! I made made two orders and my Allergies notes were not saved and food came with the things i asked to be excluded! They keep telling me I didn't add the notes whereas I did. I have screenshots and a screen recording to prove it. I have sent them the screenshots but the screen recording is being blocked by their mail server. I'm not the first person to complain about this and yet they are not fixing the issue. Instead all they say is "sorry"! People could die from eating food that have things they are allergic to but Mr Delivery isn't taking this seriously!

You owe me refund for the food I couldn't eat because of your negligence and FIX THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE DIES FROM BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE!
