My stomach is still rumbling!

So KFC Sunninghill and Mr. Delivery haven't bothered to remedy any of the non-performance post payment! I ordered a burger meal for delivery via the MrD app, payment was processed and I received confirmation that restaurant is "on it". The app frequently updated status to report progress, to final stage of "we're here". I don't know what is more agitating and unacceptable - 1) the misinformation from the app leading me on a wild goose chase with my complex security; 2) being left to starve my pregnant belly because I was obviously hungry hence the order or 3) having no one give two hoots about the entire situation. This is indicative of the value both KFC and Mr Delivery place on their customers. Why are we always on the short end of the stick yet we support these businesses!
