My order did not arrive. I want my money back from Mr D, always ****mers

Hi this is the second time this happen. I just ordered a Debonairs Pizza and I have not received my delivery. On tracking it's shows that it went through successful and my money was deducted. Why always one has to struggle. My order number is DFD***. Incompetence of MR D is really annoying as it lacks professionalism. I'm really livid
