My meal order was given to a stranger!!

I ordered food at KFC Randburg with Mr delivery. I was tracking driver on the App. The driver arrived at my location and did not even bother to notify me like they always do. When I checked on the App again it shows that my meal was delivered and collected!!!yet I am not the one who collected the order.
