MVA

Very very bad I have been involved in a MVA with a Mr D motorcycle on 22/02/2025 at approximately 21:03 I have been in Contact with Mr D call center I've send in all requested documents, last document requested was the accident report this was send in numerous times and yet still no feedback is received. Numerous tickets have been logged Mr D is still not providing feedback. Evertime one phone's in it's been said that matter has been escalated to Driver Success Team and they will contact you. . . Yet nobody contacts you. Please can you advise
