Multiple orders never received

Rather use another provider, or better pick up the food in person from the restaurant.

Missing items, pizza with all the topping next to it and a few orders that never arrived, although the app states it has been delivered.

The “fun” doesn’t stop there. Interacting with customer service agents is less than pleasant. They make it very clear they don’t want to help you and you are just a ticket in their quota of tickets they need to address that day.

Mr D clearly doesn’t look after their drivers as *****ing someone’s else food is more palatable than the tip or compensation received.

Save yourself the frustration and money. Personally I would rather eat sand than use the Mr D app to order sustenance.
