To whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds a quick response and the attention it deserves. Upon writing this email I am literally shaking with the level of service I am receiving from Mr Price online shopping after being so loyal paying my own money for service that is not delivered.

I spent more than R1000 on this order and on top of that I have been making endless calls which has added to the cost of this order.I spent +-R200 worth of airtime contacting Mr Price.

I placed an order on 03/01/22 and mistakenly selected the wrong address of which I totally acknowledge and take ownership for because it is my fault. 5 minutes after placing the order I called and spoke to Tovesheen Pillay who placed me on a long hold after advising that he can change the delivery address for me. I do not have to cancel the order.

I called again not sure of the date and confirmed with the agent what's the delivery address for my order was and she confirmed the Khayelitsha address which is in CPT where I am currently.

As days passed I could see the delivery date keeps changing for I called on the 17/01/22 spoke to Zama Zulu who advised my order was delivered on the 13/01/22 at Khayelitsha which is the correct address and advised the store never accepted it hence the status did not change.

Sent my brother to collect the order only to be told order has not arrived. I confirmed with Zama Zulu and she advised that the store has the order it's just that they have not accepted it instore.Another incovience that my brother waisted petrol to collect the order that is not there😭

I called today the 18/01/22 to advise the store says the order has not arrived. Sne Gambushe advises that the order is in Lusikisiki (the wrong address). The store has not accepted the order hence status has not changed. So now I must ask my mother to take transport to town which is a hour away to collect this order and stand in long ques to courier this order again and I have to pay courier fees after so much expenses I've made on this order💁♀️The service is appauling. I NEED A CALL BACK TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED!!!!!!!
