Hi, I'm extremely disappointed in the service of Mr D. Firstly their own employed driver decides to take our food from Pedro's and tell Mr D they waited too long and not knowing we were in contact with Pedro's to ensure our food comes to the right address. The issue at the end of the day wasn't the address. The driver informed the company and they decided to return our funds, as per the email in 5 business days only though. So we had a hungry family, the call centre took long and we waited for a manager and was told the manager works from home and will get back in 10mins. That manager didn't come to sort out the query, said we would a call back 9:30pm and that also we didn't get. So our funds are in Mr D's account and we got no food to show or our funds back yet. The email was responded to by me and no feedback to my email. Absolutely disgusted by this service. Almost R300 for no service and we had to end up buying food somewhere else and spend more moneys. #MrNoDelivery
