MrDelivery useless with Queries

I ordered food at McDonald Pinetown through Mr Delivery. The food came incorrect and I called MrDelivery who said I must send pictures while my kids were hungry and waiting for their food. After sending them the picture they never bothered to respond or have me refunded.
