MrDelivery driver stole my order on 16thNov between 19:30-20:30

I have brought Nandos meal costing R460 and that night i didn't receive my order i only saw message on chart that says my order is delivered,i then contacted nandos kempton park van riebeck to notify them about my problem they then try to contact the driver but the contacts took them to voicemail ,then they gave me mr delivery Customer support contact,i contacted customer suppoy about my quiery and they promised me refund but i was disappointed because they had no information regarding the driver whom picked up my order at nandos.i have been waiting Mr Delivery email to confirm my claim since 16Nov even today no contacts from them,,i want my refund
