MrD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Mr d ( food delivery) has suspended my account with no explanation. I have tried several times to contact them and all I receive are automated emails and no response from an agent.. Is this how they treat customers by suspending their accounts for no apparent reason. I expected more from mrd since they are a large organisation but due to this service I'm an extremely unhappy. Is this the reputation Mrd has , banning loyal customers accounts for no reason ???? I deserve an explanation in the least as to why they suspended my account.
